Why we like it Opened in , this boutique hotel has been lovingly restored by the owner Carlos. Employing only traditional building methods, materials and furnishings, he has created an authentic Moroccan Riad loved by locals and guests alike. The large bedrooms are particularly lovely, as are the little hideaway corners dotted throughout. Pared-back luxury in a stunning 16th century house. The photogenic central courtyard with good-sized plunge pool is an added bonus and the on-site owner Thierry is exceptionally helpful.
